While traditional platforms focus on facilitating discussion on a specific site, our focus is inspiring and amplifying word of mouth across the entire social web. The real value of word-of-mouth comes from influencing others outside the loyal customer base. Brands need passionate customers and advocates to influence friends, family, peers and colleagues wherever they are having conversations.
